Ingredients: beans, sausages, onions, garlic, ginger, sugar and salt.
Exercise:
Wash the beans, break them into pieces, put them in a pot to boil water, and blanch the beans and take them out;
Boil the sausage in a pot with water, take it out, let it cool, and cut into pieces;
Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the wok, heat it, add shallots, ginger and garlic and fry until cooked;
Stir-fry the sausage in a pot, and then add the beans;
Pour in soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry until cooked.
2. Sauté ed broccoli with sausage
Ingredients: broccoli, sausage, salt, chicken essence and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
Broccoli is broken into small flowers, blanched in a boiling water pot, and then taken out for later use;
Wash the sausage and cut it into pieces for later use;
Heat oil in the pot, add sausage and stir-fry for a while;
Put broccoli in a pot, stir-fry with sausage, and add cooking wine;
Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
3. Sauté ed sausages with smoked bamboo shoots
Ingredients: smoked bamboo shoots, sausages, green and red peppers and carrots.
Exercise:
Soak bamboo shoots.
Cut into small pieces about an inch.
Cut sausage, green pepper, carrot, onion, ginger and dried pepper, stir-fry for one minute and take out.
