Introduction of eggplant steamed meat
Main ingredients:
Eggplant (two) pork belly (100g) millet pepper (five) onion (a little) ginger (a little) garlic (four cloves)

Steamed meat with eggplant:
1. Wash eggplant, cut into strips and marinate with salt for 15 minutes.
2. Chop pork belly.
3. Chop garlic and ginger.
4. Cut shallots and millet peppers into small pieces.
5. Squeeze out the water from the pickled eggplant and put it on a plate.
6. Turn on the fire to heat the pot. When the pan is hot, drain the oil. When the oil is 50% hot, add minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Then add ginger, garlic, millet pepper, soy sauce, thirteen spices and salt, stir-fry evenly, stir-fry the fragrance, put a little water, and let the minced meat bring some soup.
8. Stir-fried minced meat into eggplant.
9. Add water to the steamer, turn on the fire, boil the water, and steam the eggplant for 20 minutes after the water is boiled.
