1. On the desktop of Windows 10 system, right-click the start button in the lower left corner and select the "Run" menu item from the pop-up menu.

2. In the open running window, enter the command regedit, and then click OK.

3. Next, in the open registry editor window, navigate to the computer \ HKEY current user \ software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Menu ext registry key.

4. After the expanded MenuExt registry key, the registry key under it is the corresponding right-click menu item.

5. Right-click the menu item you want to delete, and then select Delete from the pop-up menu.

6. A prompt window will pop up to confirm deletion, and click "Yes". In the same way, delete the corresponding registry keys one by one.
