Cut the wax gourd into uniform thick strips.
Second step
Pour oil into the pan, stir-fry garlic cloves and ginger slices on low heat, and add shrimps and stir-fry until they change color.
Third step
Add wax gourd and stir fry, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, add a little water, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
