There is also a special sense of expectation on the way to work. Eating the dinner cooked by my family is simple, but it warms my stomach. That is not only a warm heart, but also a peace of mind.
2. Have fun with your family
I think family can do the same. Don't neglect your family who have been with you after work. After dinner, I walked with my family and chatted together. Even if I was criticized by the leader in the company, I have forgotten it.
Step 3 enjoy the lonely time
I read a book and remember One Hundred Years of Solitude. The writer Marquez wrote in it: "The best state of a person is to be quiet and comfortable when he is alone, without dealing with other people's emotions or deliberately judging other people's ideas, to accompany himself and return to his true self." Read your favorite books, watch the latest movies, listen to therapeutic music and do your favorite yoga. Do what you like and relax yourself completely.
4. Doby pets
I have a golden retriever at home. Every day when I come home from work, it will meet me at the door, and its enthusiasm will also eliminate a lot of work fatigue. If all aspects of the family allow, I might as well keep some small pets and touch the soft fur to accompany you when you are alone. This is also a very happy thing.
