1) The system taskbar is damaged. Select Start/Run, enter Regedit and press enter, then expand the branch of [HKEY _ Current _ User \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Resource Manager] in the registry editor in turn, delete the key value of "StuckRects" in the right window, and restart the computer.
2) Download a small software to repair the taskbar, and you can choose to repair it with an option "Missing taskbar" (the download URL has been sent to your hi).
3) If not, please restore the system or reinstall it.
Use the system restore method that comes with the system:
System Restore: Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore, click Restore my computer to an earlier time, and then click Next. You will see that the date page has a dark date, which is the restore point. After it is selected, click Next to restore the system (Win7), and then select the device and security sub-options in the control panel.
