When we were students, we also wanted to interact with teachers and play basketball, so I think the students who interacted with us felt the same way. On weekends, I often go to the county town with my colleagues for dinner and occasionally sing. Sometimes in this town, it is also very pleasant to go out to chat and have some barbecue together at night.

Therefore, because special post teachers are arranged to teach in relatively remote places, they are relatively flexible in their after-school life time arrangements. We can use this time to add color to our lives and enrich our lives.

You can have more time to prepare for the public examination

How to arrange it if you have more time? At that time, due to personal reasons, I was unable to continue working in the township. Therefore, I used my spare time to review and continue the public examination. At the time of the public examination, some positions were recruited for the grass-roots Project 4 personnel, so if we have special post status, we can choose to include these positions. Targeted grassroots level four project personnel can brush off most of the fresh graduates' test scores. In fact, this is also a policy trend and a benefit of our teachers on special posts. I failed to become a township civil servant. After serving for 2 years, I can use the benefits of this special post status to apply for civil servants. Generally, the working period for targeted grassroots recruitment is 2 years. I think this is the biggest benefit of special posts.
