1. Nanshan Scenic Area

Urumqi Nanshan Scenic Area is one of the leisure choices that Urumqi citizens must visit on weekends. Nanshan is a famous pasture. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from downtown to nanshan pasture. Alfalfa terrace, Chrysanthemum terrace, Tianshan Grand Canyon, Miaoergou and Baiyanggou in the east and west are all scenic spots that everyone likes to visit. The hiking route connecting these "ditches" and "terraces" is widely loved by donkey friends.

2. Ink Tianshan Mountain

Medog Tianshan National Mountaineering Fitness Trail is about 20 kilometers away from Urumqi, about half an hour's drive. The hiking route is 33 kilometers long and passes through Gejiagou Village, Shirengzigou Village, Tianshan Ranch, Miquan Forest Farm and Laobagou Village. The trail is located in the western section of Bogda mountain system, with marine and continental landforms and rich fish and plant fossils. Along the way, there is a service center, two campsites, 60 rest spots, a 4,000-square-meter parking lot and many fitness equipment.

3. Dabancheng

The secondary forest hiking trail in Donggou Township, Dabancheng District, Urumqi, which is more than 0/00 kilometers away from the urban area, is an eco-tourism scenic spot created by using natural conditions and human environment. There are 8 small artificial lakes in the scenic area, with more than 270 mu of Sedum, more than 30 kinds of flowers and more than 0 kinds of trees and shrubs/kloc-0. 10 km wooden plank road is flanked by secondary forests in the river valley, and at the foot is Tianshan snow water flowing from Xuefeng. Visitors can also visit Baishui Waterfall Ancient Town Scenic Area, Urumqi Chaiwobao Lake National Wetland Park and Salt Lake Scenic Area, and taste delicious spicy chicken in Chaiwobao Spicy Chicken Street at noon.

Two-day tour route

1. Urumqi-Fukang

Tianshan Tianchi is located in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, which is 0/2 km away from fukang city/KLOC. In spring, you can enjoy the snow-capped mountains, forests, clear water and blue sky in Tianchi. Visitors can see the lakes and mountains along the wooden plank road in the scenic spot, and soak in the hot springs in Wujiang Hot Spring City in fukang city at night, just to eliminate the fatigue during the day. The next day, you can go to the farmhouse around Tianchi to taste farmhouse meals, pick some fresh vegetables in the greenhouse, and then go home with a full load.

2. Urumqi-Haxionggou

Haxionggou is located on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain, 58km southeast of Midong District in Urumqi, and 70km away from downtown Urumqi. It is an autonomous region forest park with spruce as the main tree species. In April, Haxionggou, with warm sunshine and lush grass, is a good place for hikers. In the evening, you can spend the night in the pastoral, feel the life of the shepherd and taste the special food in the mountains.
