Exercise:
1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of starch, and marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Take out the broccoli and marinate the chicken breast with hot oil. Stir-fry until golden brown, pour in broccoli, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, stir-fry 2 shakes of black pepper evenly.
