Ingredients: 3 capsules of vanilla, 300g of white wine.

Practice cleaning and disinfecting empty bottles, and be sure to be free of water and oil. Cut the vanilla pod into small pieces one centimeter long, put it in a bottle and fill it with white wine.

Shake it a few times.

Cover it, seal it and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out from time to time and shake it. You will gradually see the wine change color, and you can use it in about two weeks!
