Composition:
Beef tenderloin, carrot, onion, mushroom, pea, rice.
Exercise:
1, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms are washed and cut into small pieces, and onions are peeled and cut into small pieces.
2. Cut the beef tenderloin into pieces and marinate it with half a spoonful of soy sauce, onion, Jiang Shui, a little salt, proper amount of starch and proper amount of cooking oil 15 minutes.
3. Put the onion in the oil, stir-fry until it is soft, add the marinated beef, stir-fry until it changes color, add other diced vegetables, stir-fry all and pour into the pot.
4. Put two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, a proper amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil into the pot and mix well. Pour in the steamed rice water, cover it, and press the cooking button for about 25 minutes.
