Clam 750g spaghetti, two garlic 1 coriander leaves, right amount of black pepper, right amount of olive oil.
Steps to make clam spaghetti
1.? I washed clams six times.
2.? Pour a proper amount of olive oil into the pot, heat it, add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.
3.? Then add the washed clams, cover the lid and stew until cooked (it takes about a few minutes until all the clams open their mouths).
4.? Strain the juice from the clams for later use.
5.? Take out the mussel meat for later use, and leave four shells on the plate ~
6. Cook the spaghetti until it is half cooked, put it in clam juice and cook it over high heat.
7.? Add clam meat, pour in a little olive oil, sprinkle chopped coriander and black pepper near the pan, and serve.
