Cost of education
The standard of kindergarten education fee under the Bureau of Provincial Organs Affairs is adjusted from 600 yuan to 800 yuan per person per month and day.
The teaching fee standards for full-time preschool classes, preschool classes under 3 years old and classes with 20 students or less can be increased on the basis of the day-care teaching fee standards respectively, with the range not exceeding 40%.
For kindergartens organized by other provincial departments and bureaus, the education fee can fluctuate up and down within 30% (the original 20%) with reference to the corresponding standards of kindergartens affiliated to the Provincial Organs Administration Bureau.
For kindergartens organized by provincial enterprises and provincial university logistics groups (Education Development Group) in Hangzhou with only a small amount of financial subsidies, the charging standard of teaching fees is determined independently by kindergartens within the highest charging standard according to the average cost of nursing education and the actual accommodation cost.
Kindergartens provide care and education services to young children in winter and summer vacations and legal holidays (rest days), and the care and education fees can rise on the basis of the corresponding charging standards, with the range not exceeding 40%.
Service fee and custody fee
Provincial kindergartens can charge service fees and escrow fees:
Difficult class fees, manual operation materials fees, transportation fees for spring and autumn tours and teaching practice activities, medical examination fees, and meals.
Service fees and escrow fees can be collected in advance according to the semester, and the principle of "parents voluntarily, truthfully collect, settle accounts in time and publish regularly" can not be profitable.
For the first time, kindergartens can handle all kinds of cards for parents of young children, and they can charge no fees. When they reissue, they can charge a fee according to the cost.

If the semester starts and ends less than one month, the education fee shall be calculated on a daily basis (monthly education fee standard ÷ working days of this month × days in the park of this month).
