Hot pot rice cake half a piece

Methods/steps
1 chafing dish rice cake 1 bag, only half a bag can be used here.
2 rice cakes are cut into strips.
3 beef shoulder is cut into filaments, oiled and marinated with soy sauce.
4 onion, carrot and pepper are shredded, and garlic is chopped and foamed.
Sauce: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, black sesame and minced garlic.
6 add water to the pot to boil, add the rice cake, and remove it when it is soft.
7 Heat the pan and put the oil in. Stir-fry beef first, then add carrots and stir-fry a few times, add onions and stir-fry peppers, add cooked rice cakes and stir-fry a few times, and then pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry (the fragrance can fill the room).
