Create a rectangle in CDR, make a rectangle and drag the current rectangle down. After moving a suitable distance, right-click a rectangle, and then select Window-Docking Window-Transform.

Both CDRX4 and X7 have this function. Here is the final rendering.

Then add the appropriate text.
