Lotus root's home cooking method
The cooking method of lotus root is as follows:

Tool materials: kitchen knife, chopping board, skin scraper, wok, colander, shovel, plate, clear water, lotus root, white vinegar, carrot, lean meat, ginger, onion, salt, cooking oil and oyster sauce.

1, prepare 1~2 knots of lotus root, appropriate amount of white vinegar, a carrot, a piece of lean meat, a piece of ginger, an onion, appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt and oyster sauce.

2. First take out the prepared lotus root, clean it, wash away the dirt on the surface, put it on the chopping board, cut off the head and tail, scrape off its skin with a skin scraper, cut the lotus root into pieces, put it in water, put a little white vinegar in the water, and put the lotus root pieces aside for soaking.
