How to stir-fry meat with Chili (classic Hunan cuisine version)
Slice fat pork and lean pork separately. Put lean meat into a bowl, add a little soy sauce and mix well. Soak soy sauce and season. Cut about 4 green peppers. Cut the garlic and set it aside.
Add a little oil to the pot, then pour in the cut fat, stir-fry until fragrant. When the fat is almost shiny, pour in the prepared lean meat. Stir-fry with fire. Add salt and soy sauce.
Take the meat out of the pot after it changes color (it doesn't cook well! )。 Pour in the prepared green peppers, stir-fry over high heat, and add a little salt.
Stir-fry the green peppers until soft, pour in the meat just out of the pan and stir fry together. Almost out of the pot, add a little chopped pepper and monosodium glutamate to taste! It's done.
