ingredients

25g horseshoe powder (gold medal is as high as gold medal), 1 can of coconut milk, 4g

(eagle mark), half a can of condensed milk, 175g

1 bowl of water (eating bowl), 1 box of pure milk, 25g

Pour all the ingredients into a big basin and mix well for later use.

2: syrup preparation method:

25g of water chestnut powder, 4 bowls of water, and 4g of three pieces of brown sugar (the thickness and weight of the sugar are a little different, so if you like to be sweeter, add one more piece of sugar, and I think the sweetness of the three pieces is just right). Just boil the water and add sugar until it is dissolved. Let the sugar water cool to about 5 degrees, add water chestnut powder and stir evenly for later use.

Practice:

1: Boil the water in the steamer and put it into the steamer, then steam it layer by layer. When one layer is cooked, steam the second layer, and each layer will be cooked in about 2 minutes, and so on until the powder slurry is steamed, but the first and last layers should be boiled with sugar powder, and the last layer should be steamed for 5 minutes, with 2 spoons for each layer.
