Units and individuals engaged in the business of wild animals and their products must engage in business activities in accordance with the types, quotas, time limits and methods stipulated in the business license.

The administrative department for industry and commerce shall issue a business license with the wildlife business license.

Twenty-sixth transportation, carrying and mailing of wild animals and their products must apply for a wild animal transportation certificate.
