Unit project and sub-unit project
Buildings and structures that have independent construction conditions and can form independent use functions are a unit project. A unit project with a large building scale can be a sub-unit project that can form an independent use function.
Division principle of divisional works
The division of sub-projects should be determined according to the professional nature and building parts. When a sub-project is large or complex, it can be divided into several sub-projects according to the material type, construction characteristics, construction procedures, professional systems and categories.
Division principle of subdivisional work
Sub-projects should be divided according to the main project, materials, construction technology and equipment categories. Sub-projects can be composed of one or more inspection lots, which can be divided into floors, construction sections and deformation joints according to the needs of construction, quality control and professional acceptance.
Division principle of outdoor engineering
Outdoor engineering can be divided into units (subunits) according to professional categories and project scale. Outdoor unit (sub-unit) engineering and divisional engineering can be adopted according to Appendix C of this standard.
