Seasoning: salt, onion, ginger 100g, star anise 2, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce and edible oil.
Steps:
1. Shred ginger, onion and dried pepper.
2. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, star anise and water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in duck meat and cook until it is slightly rotten.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the red pepper and onion.
