I used a broken-wall food processor to make corn soup. The one I have at home is from Joyoung, which is very convenient for making soup.
The following is my recipe for Western-style corn soup:
Ingredients: 300g corn kernels, 50g shrimp, 100ml milk, 350ml milk, 30g carrots, 30g onions, 30g butter, bacon 50g, 30g Western ham, 2g salt.
Method:
1. Wash the ingredients, dice the carrots, onions, bacon, Western ham, and dice the shrimp;
2. Cut the carrots and Boil the corn kernels separately in warm water and set aside;
3. Pour butter into the pot, sauté the onions and corn until fragrant, add 100ml of water, and bring to a boil;
4. Put the onion and corn into the mixing cup, press high speed for 60 seconds, and beat evenly;
5. Pour the ingredients in the mixing cup into the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in all the ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Add Just salt.
