1, the difference of raw materials
Willow nails: carbon steel and stainless steel.
Screw: aluminum alloy.
2. Different application fields
Willow nails: Willow nails are mainly used to fix colored steel tiles and sheets of steel structures.
Screws: Screws are used for materials with low hardness such as nonmetal or soft metal (such as color steel plate). It can use its own thread to "drill, squeeze, press and tap" the corresponding thread on the fixed material to make it fit closely.
3. Use different methods
Willow nail: No auxiliary processing is needed, and the willow nail can be directly drilled and locked on the material, which can complete the operation at one time and save the installation time.
Screw: When the screw is screwed in, the corresponding internal thread is formed by extrusion. Drilling and tapping are not needed, and the operation is completed at one time. If drilling holes for many times, it is easy to damage the drilling holes or cause thread slipping.
