The most distinctive thing in Hainan is dad tea. When I first heard the name Dad Tea, I thought it belonged to "Laoba Tea", and I was still wondering if it was opened by someone ranking Laoba. Dad, tea is a place for everyone to relax and drink. Sometimes you just need to spend a few dollars to buy a pot of tea, and then you can sit inside and chat and brag with others all day. The boiling water in it is free, so this is a real infinite refill. Even if you only order a pot of tea, the attitude of the waiter inside is as good as ever.
Breakfast in Hainan is not Hainan breakfast without Hainan powder. Hainan powder is just a general term, including pickled pepper powder and soup powder. Personally, I think marinated powder is more suitable for me to eat in a hurry. Halogen powder is to cook the unique powder in Hainan with boiling water, and then pour it with special sauce, which is refreshing but not spicy. If you eat fast, you can finish one in two or three minutes, which is very suitable for office workers who are in a hurry.
Hainan Qingbuliang is one of my favorite snacks in Hainan. It's a bit like eight-treasure porridge, with all kinds of boiled beans and turtle paste, and then a big smoothie made of coconut milk on it. Eating a bowl in summer feels like the whole person is blowing air conditioning, which is cold and sweet.
