Ingredients
Main ingredients: fish pieces, starch, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, minced ginger and garlic, chopped green onion or shredded green onion
Sauce: seafood soy sauce, white sugar , a little water, a little salt, cooking wine, vinegar.
Method
1. Wash and cut the marine fish into pieces without removing the scales (the nutritional value is very high)
2. Roll the fish pieces in starch to prevent Loss of nutrients and prevent frying:)
3. Boil the pan, fry the fish pieces until golden brown on both sides, then put on a plate and set aside
4. Boil the pan, add minced ginger and garlic Stir-fry + fry the fish pieces flatly.
5. Add the sauce, stir-fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes, add a little apple cider vinegar and a little water starch, collect the juice, remove and put on a plate.
6. Heat the stone or iron plate, place the fish on it, and sprinkle with chopped green onion or shredded green onion.
Tips
1. Personal preference is that I don’t like the taste of dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, which is unpalatable.
2. I like to use old vinegar + seafood sauce for color and flavor + apple cider vinegar for a more fragrant taste.
3. Iron plate or stone plate can increase the temperature, personal preference.
