How to make custard buns

Custard buns are my favorite. The whole family loves to eat it! In the past, I would buy quick-frozen custard buns in the supermarket and steam them for ten minutes at home. But the ones sold outside are always not as good as those made by oneself. As the old saying goes, if you make it yourself, it’s hygienic and healthy! So I tried to do it myself. The first time I did it it was pretty successful. Received unanimous praise from the family.

Step 15

Pinch it into a round shape and seal it at the bottom, wrap it all and put it in Wait in the steamer until fermented again until 1.5 times in size. Pour cold water into the pot, steam for fifteen minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.
