Preparation materials: 300g of prawn, potato 1 piece, 2 shallots, 2 slices of ginger, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, appropriate amount of spiced powder, 2g of salt, 300g of corn oil, appropriate amount of garlic paste, and appropriate amount of pepper 1 tablespoon.
