Second, peasant tofu
Raw materials:
Hot tofu, green pepper, leek, coriander.
Seasoning:
Salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil.
Exercise:
1, green pepper, leek and coriander are washed and drained;
2, hot tofu cut into pieces, set the plate;
3. Chop green pepper and red pepper, leek and parsley respectively;
4. Add a proper amount of sesame oil to the cut vegetables and mix well, then add salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate and mix well;
5. Pour the mixed chopped pepper and leek together with the soup onto the cut hot tofu.
Third, the cold sesame kelp raw materials: a fresh kelp, cooked sesame, garlic, coriander, dried red pepper. Ingredients: salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, corn oil.
