The ratio of eggs to water is: a bowl of water (eight full) plus an egg.
After the eggs are broken up, add water in proportion and add salt to taste, and the taste is slightly light. If you don't add minced meat and sauce, you can add salt to suit your taste. Don't add monosodium glutamate, or it will taste strange. Steam with hot water, cover the prepared egg liquid with plastic wrap before steaming, and cover it. After steaming, you can add some salad oil, chopped green onion and sauce according to your own preferences.
Be careful not to add oil to the prepared egg liquid before steaming, otherwise it will be easy to steam, the bowl will be honeycomb, ugly and not delicious.
