The age structure of teachers is reasonable, but the overall professional foundation is weak. 10 The sources of teachers are as follows:
(1) Mature teacher groups diverted from other parks: At present, there are two middle and large classes in our park diverted from Juyuan Kindergarten, and there are five teachers in the follow-up. The professional abilities of these five teachers are below average, but their personalities are simple and they are willing to make progress.
(2) New teachers recruited in kindergarten: among the five teachers recruited, four are new teachers who have just graduated from school, and two of them are non-professional teachers. 1 They are called non-editing teachers with only one year's teaching experience. The overall professional foundation is zero.
2. Analysis of curriculum implementation conditions
1, textbook use:
New and old teachers lack the ability to understand and use new textbooks and formulate standardized teaching plans, and they cannot grasp the characteristics and value orientation of life, games, learning and sports. Mature teachers can't play a leading role in the use of new textbooks because of their long-term professional neglect.
2, the implementation of the course:
Teachers' overall execution ability is weak, which shows that new teachers can't control the class routine well, lack the understanding of the value of each link in the one-day activity circle, and can't effectively infiltrate and implement the four types of activities as a whole. Mature teachers are random in their daily classes, lacking in rigor and meticulousness, and games and learning are particularly weak in the four types of activities. At present, due to the lack of business directors (teachers who are temporarily on duty outside are also engaged in business management) and management personnel, many departments such as personnel and cashier are temporarily hired by front-line teachers, and most of the teaching staff are novices, which brings great difficulties to the implementation guidance and quality control of daily courses.
3. Analysis of student source conditions
At present, there are 5 classes 140 children in the park, and the sources of children are mainly divided into four levels:
One is the combination of rural farmers with local household registration and foreign daughter-in-law. These families are financially strapped, and their parents' education level is very low, with primary and junior high school education as the mainstay. Parents are simple, but they don't pay attention to the education of their children.
Second, rural buyers with local household registration, whose parents are mainly high school and junior college, have high requirements for kindergartens, but they are very fond of their children, especially in life.
Children belonging to the above two types of families are basically concentrated in two middle and large classes, recruited by Juyuan Kindergarten, and returned to the new garden this year. Because Juyuan Kindergarten has no extra activity room, these two classes have been living in Meiyuan Kindergarten far away, and the education work has been unsupervised for a long time, so the overall development of children is very weak, especially in language, thinking and self-care.
The third is to introduce foreign household registration talents to families and buy houses in the enrollment area of the park. Parents have high academic qualifications and attach great importance to family education. Children are lively and fully developed.
Fourth, all the families of migrant workers enter the park through abnormal channels. Their parents' education level is not high, but their personality is simple and they are very supportive of kindergarten activities. Their children have good social and language development, strong self-care ability, but poor hygiene habits.
The above children who belong to foreign household registration are basically concentrated in three small classes, accounting for 60% of the children in the whole small class.
4. Analysis of facilities conditions
My garden covers an area of 7530 square meters, with a building area of 5730 square meters. The perfect education and teaching facilities, various special activity rooms and spacious outdoor sports venues in the park can fully ensure children's activities, but the children's activity rooms and restaurants are very small and crowded, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the teachers' curriculum implementation.
