The following is how to make mushroom, broccoli and ham soup:
Main ingredients: broccoli (1), carrot (1), mushrooms (10), ham (1)
Accessories: ginger and garlic (2 pieces), light soy sauce (1 spoon), chicken essence (0.1 spoon), pepper (10 pieces)
Method:
1. Raw materials; break the broccoli into pieces, slice the carrots, and soak the dried shiitake mushrooms!
2. Boil water, add broccoli and carrots together, and boil again!
3. Remove and drain the water and set aside!
4. Heat the oil in the wok and sauté the pepper until fragrant!
5. Sauté ginger and garlic!
6. Add the mushrooms and ham and stir-fry for two to three minutes!
7. Add carrots and broccoli and continue to stir-fry for three minutes. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while. Add salt and chicken essence to taste!

Tips:
Be careful when adding salt, there is almost no need for salt in this dish!
