Preparation materials: one snakehead, two radishes, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate and appropriate amount of water.
1. Slaughter snakehead, cut into pieces, wash and drain for later use, as shown in the following figure.
2. Wash and peel the radish for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Third, cut the radish into small pieces for use. Be careful not to cut it too thick to avoid being difficult to cook, as shown below.
4. Heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil and prepare to fry the fish, as shown below.
5. When the oil is 80% hot, put the mullet pieces into the pot and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.
6. Then add water to the pot and boil the fish soup with high fire, as shown in the figure below.
Seven, after the fish soup is boiled, add the radish pieces to the fish soup and cook together. Boil the soup again and simmer for half an hour until the soup is milky and sticky.
Eight, then add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper to the pot, stir evenly and take out the pot.
Nine, stir well and then take out the pot, so that the snakehead radish soup is ready.
