(1) Ingredients: a pumpkin.
(2) Practice: Wash the pumpkin, remove the seeds and silk inside, and peel off the pumpkin skin (don't cut it too thick, which will affect the taste and easily break). 2. Pumpkin pie
(1) Ingredients: pumpkin, flour, honey, sesame, edible oil.
(2) Practice: Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the pulp, cut into pieces, steam it in a steamer and mash it, add honey and flour, then make it into a round cake of the same size, and then dip it in bread crumbs for later use. Sit in a pot, pour in cooking oil, light it, and when it is ripe, fry the round cake in oil until golden brown.
3. Pumpkin and mung bean soup
(1) Ingredients: 1 catty of old pumpkin, 2 ounces of mung bean, and proper amount of salt.
(2) Practice: Wash mung beans, add half a teaspoon of coffee salt, mix well and marinate for five minutes; Peel and wash the pumpkin and cut it into pieces about two centimeters square. Add about a catty and a half of water to the pot, wash the mung beans twice, then put them in the pot, bring them to a boil with high fire, and simmer for about 20 minutes. When the mung bean skin is just boiled, add pumpkin pieces, boil over high fire, and cook over medium heat until soft and cooked. Add salt and cook for two minutes. Stir well and put in a soup bowl.
