Cold noodle practice

Composition:

Ingredients: 200g noodles (dried noodles), 2 eggs, tomato 1 piece, cucumber 1 root, 6 garlic cloves, and proper amount of sesame sauce.

Accessories: peanut oil 15g, 2 spoons of vinegar, 2g of salt, carrot 1g, pickled Toona sinensis 10g, and appropriate amount of boiled water.

Exercise:

1, take a large basin and pour it into half a basin of boiling water for cooling.

2. Add cold water to the pot to boil, and then add noodles to cook.

3. Use the time of cooking noodles to wash cucumbers and carrots, peel and shred them, and cut the pickled Toona sinensis into powder (please refer to the' recipe' issued before for the method of pickling Toona sinensis).

4. After peeling and washing garlic, put it in a garlic mortar and add 1g salt to mash it.

5. Pour the mashed garlic into a bowl, add vinegar and mix well, then pour sesame sauce and mix well.

6. Heat oil in the pan, add eggs, stir fry for a while, add tomatoes and stir fry, add 1 g salt after juice, and mix well to get out of the pan (refer to the previous recipe).

7. Soak the cooked noodles in cold boiled water.

8. Pour half the scrambled eggs with tomatoes into a large bowl.

9. Take out the drained noodles, scoop a spoonful of sesame and garlic on the noodles, add shredded cucumber, shredded carrot and chopped Toona sinensis, and mix well to serve.
