Opening books is beneficial. Occasionally look at the menu, there are unexpected gains. In the days to come, I still insist on reading a book of about 200 pages a week, and walk with the years in reading.
After middle age, people's career is basically over, and their positions are like hot metal. If you don't have a chance of promotion, you may be shot dead on the beach by the waves if you are not careful.
But compared with the position, what is even more terrible is the "three high diseases". Hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia are much more tiring than the beautiful "three highs" of "high position, high salary and high face value".
In the days to come, I will reduce the "three high diseases", stick to regular work and rest, avoid alcohol and tobacco, stay away from barbecue and frying, walk five kilometers a day, play table tennis or badminton twice a week and swim for one hour every three days. Retire with your grandson every few years, you can't be potbellied and run away from your little grandson.
Of course, reading and exercising are important, but making money is also fun. In the future, in addition to a salary or pension, we must maintain the ability to make money and maintain a sideline income, such as writing and photography, otherwise we will feel that life is less interesting.
