Food and beverage outlets generally need to apply for food hygiene licenses, environmental protection licenses, fire protection licenses and industrial and commercial business licenses. It is generally not allowed to apply for an industrial and commercial business license.

If the ground floor of the residential building was originally planned for commercial use, the flue should be planned reasonably, with good ventilation and meeting the fire protection requirements. It is also acceptable to meet other requirements of these departments when handling other certificates.
