Crab is a crustacean, belonging to the class Decapoda Mollusca. Its body is protected by a hard shell and breathes through its gills. It is the same animal as shrimp, lobster and hermit crab.
A few crabs can adapt to life on land. They live in wet mud pits and migrate to the sea when they breed. A small number of crabs grow and breed completely in fresh water, and most of them live under the rocks in mountain streams.
Management measures:
Crab feeding management, river crabs like to eat fresh ingredients. Therefore, daily feed management prohibits those feeds that have been stored for a long time and deteriorated. At present, it is still necessary to give priority to meat feed, and use some nutritious vegetarian food in moderation, especially plant feed, to ensure good water quality in the pond.
The amount of materials used should depend on the change of climate and temperature. In hot summer, feed 1 ~ 2 times. The exact quantity depends on the weight of the river crab. If there is unfinished residue, it should be salvaged immediately to avoid deterioration and influence on water quality.
