You Guo is a characteristic traditional pastry snack, belonging to fried food, which can be divided into You Guo in Gansu and You Guo in Shuozhou.
As early as the Qing Dynasty, the specialty oil fruit was one of the popular export specialties. Practice: First, mix glutinous rice flour with sugar (a little), water and baking powder, and ferment for at least one night. Then dip your hands in oil, put the sugar pericardium in like a jiaozi bag, and then throw the wrapped jiaozi into raw sesame seeds and wrap it with a layer of raw sesame seeds. Finally, pour half the oil into the pot, put the sesame-wrapped jiaozi in it, and roll fry it with a colander until golden brown.
