I don't think there is any other good way except to be hungry, because most people don't move when they exercise. Being fat means eating. If you don't eat, you will naturally lose weight. I still have 180 kg. If I eat less, I will lose weight. If I eat less, I will definitely gain weight. A few years ago, because of emotional problems, I didn't eat for less than a month, so I relied on drinking water and yogurt to maintain it. My family forced me to eat but didn't. My family said I lost 20 kilograms. However, I survived and quickly rebounded to 180. I was drunk, too. The most important thing to lose weight is persistence. I am fat because I eat a lot at night.
