Fried eel strips:
Raw materials: Lentinus edodes 150g (diameter 4 ~ 5cm).
Seasoning: soy sauce 50g monosodium glutamate 2g sugar 20g vinegar 5g shredded ginger 10g dry starch 50g wet starch 20g soup 50g salad oil 250g (dosage is about 50g).
Methods: 1. Cut the mushrooms into long strips along the edge, squeeze out the water, pat the starch dry and put it in a pot.
2. Put 200 grams of oil into the pot and heat it to 50%. Add the mushroom strips, fry until the shell is crisp, and drain the oil.
3. Leave a proper amount of oil in the pot, add a small amount of shredded ginger, stir fry, then add soy sauce, sugar and soup, pour in shredded mushrooms and cook for 1 min, add monosodium glutamate and wet starch, stir fry in vinegar, then put on a plate, sprinkle with shredded ginger, and mix well when eating.
