Ingredients: abalone, vermicelli, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and garlic.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance.
Step 2, clean the dirt on both sides of abalone with a toothbrush.
Step 3: Dig out the abalone meat with a knife handle or spoon, remove the internal organs, wash it, cut some flower knives on the abalone meat, and wash the abalone shell for later use.
Step four, put the soaked vermicelli into the dish.
Step 5, put the abalone meat into the abalone shell and into the vermicelli bowl.
Step 6, put garlic and ginger into a bowl, and pour in cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce to make sauce.
Step 7, pour into the abalone vermicelli bowl.
Step 8: put in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
