For the last meal, just add one or two spoonfuls of soy sauce to the remaining cold rice and mix well.

Take an egg and break it. Add some salt and stir well.

Add hot oil to the hot pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the eggs and stir fry. Take it out for later use.

Put some oil in the pot, add cucumber, carrot and diced ham and stir well. Stir fry for about 30 seconds.

Pour in the mixed soy sauce rice and stir well.

Pour in the excellent eggs, stir fry a few times, sprinkle with appropriate amount of onions, and take out the pan.
