About 5 grams of chicken breast and eggs, one chicken soup (clear water) and a little starch.
How to make egg custard?
1. A small piece of chicken breast (about 5g), washed and boiled thoroughly in water, then put it into a mortar or bowl and thoroughly crushed.
2. An egg, boiled, peeled, deproteinized and crushed with only half yolk.
3. Add a little chicken soup or water (about 50CC) to the pot, pour in crushed chicken and egg yolk, boil, add a little water and starch, and thicken.
