operation sequence/order
1. Prepare ingredients: tomatoes, fat beef rolls, potatoes, onions, garlic, salt and oil;
2. Slice garlic and onion, and shred tomatoes and potatoes for later use;
3. Add oil to the cold pot. When the oil is hot, add garlic slices and onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant;
4. After putting the seasoning into the pot, add water and add potatoes;
5. After the soup in the pot is boiled, wait for the potatoes to soften, put on the fat beef roll and season with salt;
6. The fat beef roll is discolored and cooked.
