Practice steps
Dry chili cumin and cooked sesame are ground into powder for later use;
Wash a catty of mutton;
Wash and peel a catty of pork;
Sliced mutton and pork;
String wells;
Put three kinds of powders and proper amount of salt on oil paper and mix well. Roll the mutton string on it and dip it evenly.
Brush a little oil on the kebab at 250 degrees in the oven so that it won't burn, and bake it on the fire for more than ten minutes.
Then turn it over and bake for ten minutes!
Note: put a baking tray at the bottom of the oven to catch the dripping oil!
