Production steps:
1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections, and prepare the chicken.
2. Pour 1 tbsp white wine and 1 tbsp white vinegar into the chicken and mix well.
3. Put oil in the hot pot and pour in the chicken and stir fry.
4. Stir-fry until slightly burnt, pour in dipping sauce and continue to stir fry.
5. Stir fry until there is no water in the pot and the chicken is burnt. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with garlic and mix well.
