Preparation materials: dried shrimps, green peppers, oil, salt, starch, water, garlic cloves and ginger.
1, first we soak the dried shrimps in warm water for 10 minutes, then wash them and drain them for later use.
2. Then we cut the green pepper into diced peppers and put them on a plate for later use, as shown below.
3. Pour the right amount of oil into the pot. After about 30 seconds, put the chopped garlic cloves and ginger into the pot and fry until cooked.
4. Then we pour the diced pepper into the pot and stir-fry it for 4-5 times, as shown in the figure below.
5. Pour the dried shrimps into the pot, stir them evenly with a spoon and distribute them in diced peppers.
6. Finally, mix the salt and starch evenly with water, pour them into the pot, and take the juice out of the pot.
