Bow steamed bread

Composition:

200g flour, water 100g, 2g yeast, 200g flour, pumpkin puree 120g, 2g yeast.

Process:

1. After the pumpkin is steamed, add a little water and stir until it is mashed.

2. After cooling, add yeast to mix and melt, pour it into flour, stir it into a flocculent shape, and knead it into dough.

3. White dough: melt yeast in warm water, pour it into flour and knead it into dough.

4. Wake up for a while and knead it into smooth dough repeatedly until there are no air holes on the surface of the cut dough.

5. Knead the dough into a long strip, cut it into small pieces, knead it into a circle, flatten it, roll it into two round pieces, one big and one small, overlap the two pieces together, find the middle point, draw two lines on the top and one line on the bottom, then evenly cut the two sides into three parts, stack the upper and lower pieces together, and press the middle piece back. Finally, wrap the vertical bar around the bottom. Bow steamed bread is plastic.

6. After all is done, put it in a steamer and wake it up twice as big. You can add warm water to the steamer and wake it for more than half an hour. When you wake up, you can see the state of dough. Seeing that the volume is obviously larger and the weight is lighter, you can steam it with fire. Add cold water to the steamer, steam for 15 minutes, and stew for 3 minutes.
