Yellow rice wine 15g, salt 3g.
Exercise:
1. Wash ribs, cut into sections, blanch with boiling water, remove blood foam, and drain for later use; Wash and peel taro, try to choose small round ones.
2. Wash and drain the rape heart, soak the jujube in boiling water, wash it for later use, cut the onion and ginger for later use.
