Skills of Yoga Tea Ceremony
(1) Host introduction, members, guests and tea party rules;

(2) Play yoga music; Members collectively do yoga postures with music (primary) and worship the sun once or three times; The main thing is to prepare water to make tea.

(3) Make a pot of tea for each tea mat, divide it into eight fragrant cups, cover the cups (with the cups on the top and the fragrant cups on the bottom), keep one cup for yourself, and put the rest in the tea tray.

(4) The staff of the tea table should synchronize, hold the tray with both hands and reach the tea table in a line, and complete the following procedures at the same time:

① "Spine extension (forward flexion)": imitate the "forward flexion" and put the tea tray in front of your feet;

2 Salute: Stand up straight, put your hands together on your chest and bow to all the guests;

(3) Focus (tree): Stand up straight, spread your hands horizontally from the chest to the left and right, and at the same time, your palms are printed with wisdom, your legs are like a "tree", your eyes are fixed on the front, your hands are placed on your head from both sides, and the wisdom is printed together into palms and kept for a few seconds;

(4) Worship to Heaven (Crescent Moon): Stand with your feet together, put your hands back to your chest, bend down to imitate "forward bending", touch the ground with your fingertips, and retreat with one foot, imitating "Crescent Moon (galloping horse) style"; Then take a cup of tea with both hands, turn it up and down (the incense cup is on the top and the teacup is on the bottom) and lift it flat to your chest, with your head back, and raise your glass vertically with both hands for about five seconds;

⑤ Respect the ground (bend forward): Hold the cup with both hands forward and down, then lean forward, put the cup on the ground, separate your hands, put your palms forward, tie your fingers and touch the ground for five seconds.

⑥ Serve people: put your feet together, hold the tea with both hands, stand upright, hold the tea to your chest, and then draw a semicircle horizontally forward for public display. The host picked up all the teacups with a tea tray and put them in the right place in front of the stage.

⑦ Hospitality (tea): Then bend down and offer a tea tray, stand upright for a moment, and begin to taste tea. Tea rules: the main bubble serves tea from the left and right ends of the guest seats on both sides in turn, without confusion or leakage; Don't have any distractions when drinking tea, just focus on the tea tray, adjust your breathing and pace, and walk slowly; When walking, your feet are parallel, your feet are flat, moving and falling. Every step is light and plain, full of dignity, peace and calmness, so we slowly approach the guests. When you walk to the guest table, pose slowly, bend your feet (imitate bending forward), put the tea tray in front of the guest table, pick up one of the cups and put it on the tray in front of the guest table, sign the guest with a smart seal on your palm, and invite him to have tea (the guest will cross his hands in return). After serving tea, get up slowly with the tea tray, stand upright, turn around, and then walk to other guest seats in turn, such as serving tea before.

Go back to the coffee table for tea: after tea, go back to the coffee table in the above way and have the first cup of tea with the guests. The first rule of tea tasting: first, extract the incense cup, smell the incense, and take a deep breath (complete breath) with yoga for one to three times; Then serve tea and taste it.

(5) The second cup of tea: The host announced the beginning of the second cup of tea, and announced the rotation of the guest seat number, asking the person to bring his own tea cup (leaving a fragrant cup) and walk to the teahouse; The coffee table staff also brought tea cups and came forward to meet them. The two sides bowed to each other and exchanged seats.

For the second cup of tea, use the male cup directly, put a tea handkerchief on the tea tray, and serve tea with the male cup. The rules for serving tea and tea are the same as above.

(6) The third cup of tea and subsequent tea: the process and rules are the same as "the second cup of tea". Until the last person served tea.

(7) Meditation (10 to 15 minutes), accompanied by yoga meditation music.

(8) Thanks for tea: The host guided the guests to put their hands together and recite "Oh, well-"three times in unison.

The tea party is over.
